Recipe Tuesday
I thought that I would share a feel good recipe with you today.
Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients:
2 pie crusts
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can Veg-all drained
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place one pie crust in pie pan. Stir ingredients together and place in pie pan. Add other pie crust to top. Cook at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Hope you like pot pie.

Recipe Tuesday
Today I would like to share with you a recipe for Zucchini Bread.
Zucchini Bread
Ingredients:
6 Cups Flour
3 Cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 teaspoons soda
6 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups oil
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
4 Cups grated Zucchini
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon Cloves
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Nuts (optional)
Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions:
Mix above ingredients together.
Put in four greased loaf pans.
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Makes 4 loaves.
